Below is information on the event.

The 13th Anniversary Commemoration Benefit is a fund-raiser for an independent not-for-profit organization. 911 Health Watch, Inc. is a “Watch Group” that monitors the implementation of the James Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Act to make sure that responders and survivors are properly cared for during their lifetime.

911 Health Watch, Inc. has received a determination by the IRS that it is tax-exempt as a section 501(c)(3) public charity. All donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Advocate ($10,000)

Sponsorship includes 6 tickets to the Benefit, a gold page ad and your organization’s name and logo listed as an Advocate in the program and at the event.

Champion ($25,000)

Sponsorship includes 10 tickets to the Benefit, special placement of your ad in the event program, and your organization’s name and logo listed as a Champion in the program and at the event.

Journal Ad Requirements

Electronic files, camera-ready copy, and negatives will be accepted for print ads. All ads must be produced for black and white printing, color ads will not be accepted.

Electronic Requirements:

All electronic ads must be PC compatible. Be sure to include all related graphic files and fonts. We accept the following file formats: pdf, jpeg, tif, gif, Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator EPS Files can be supplied on CD or emailed. Disks must be labeled clearly with name, and contact info. Please include a hard copy proof of the ad with a disk. If you need to send your ad submission to us in another format other than what is listed above, please call us: 518-436-8516 ext. 219.
