King County includes the Seattle, Tacoma, Bellevue metropolitan areas. Earlier in the day he also spoke at a separate service in the City of Tacoma, an annual Memorial Service that drew over 300 uniformed members, family, friends, and local, state, and federal elected representatives. The South King Fire Department is located just outside the City of Seattle.
